Traditionally I've stored the Accordance folder and program in the Default Mac HD root. However having recently updated my Mac I was thinking about moving Accordance into the standard Applications folders. Is this easy to do, or is better to leave things alone?

Can I have the Application in Apps and and the rest of the folder contents in the Documents folder?

Yes, you can move the entire Accordance folder to Applications, just don't move the app out of the folder.
