Justin Burt
I am looking for ways to organize my library window. The two main areas are the Reference and General Tools, I find myself not really knowing how to organize them into folders. The rest is pretty simple, mainly because there is not a lot there. I know that we all have different Tools based on what we have bought, but any help would be greatly appreciated! How do you guys at Accordance organize yours? Lorinda H. M. Hoover
I've attached a Screenshot those sections of my library. I only expanded the folders I thought might not be self-explanatory. I still haven't learned how to add one of those nifty thumbnails to my posts here. Lorinda Edit: Ha! I got it! I have to use a png file to make it work; I was trying it with a tiff. Justin Burt
Thanks! That looks like a good way to organize things. Sometimes with so many things in front of me, I can't see pasted the little fog to get started, so thanks! To get a thumbnail, I just click the "Choose File" button on the lower right side of the Reply screen and choose my file, then click "UPLOAD" in the green box and it does it for me. I'm not an Oak Tree staff member, so I would like to see the way David and Helen and the others do it as well. I have a couple of additional packages that I have purchased (the IVP Essential Library and the Zondervan Scholarly Suite) so I organize those modules according to the packages. Here's a screen shot of my library in the Reference and General categories. I can give more explanation if needed.

I'd be very interested in seeing how everyone has theirs setup, especially the developers. I've seen some of David's in the video training DVD.
