I ordered the above module, and got the Primary 8 DVD in the mail (which I believe one installs it from). When I go to use the installer, it tells me it is an invalid Unlock Code or it is already being used.

any ideas?

It is hard to help via the forum since I do not want to post the code here. There is no second edition of the ESV (ESV-SE). That was briefly offered in error last year. You should have a code for the ESV or for the ESVS. If the code starts with esv-s it was sent to you in error and you should check back with the sales department.

I discovered when you enter the code into the dialogue box and press enter, the box clears. (That led me to think that I had made a mistake and entered the code again; I then got the error warning). Just continue with the install process, even with the blank entry box and everything should install properly.
