Rod Decker
Given the length and complexity of some of the major articles in BDAG, is there any quick and easy way to search within an article for either a specific verse ref, or for an English word (e.g., "pass"), etc.? If I do a reference ("Scripture") search, it highlights all refs in BDAG--and usually scrolls away from a particular entry I may be working on. I'd like it to stay within that article. David Lang
Rod, To do this, simply open the More Options section of the Tool window and search an additional field or two. If you search for agapao in the Greek Entry field of BDAG, and then open the More Options and search the Scripture field for John 21, you'll find only those instances where John 21 is cited in the article on agapao. The same would go for finding the word "pass" in the English Content field.
Rod Decker
Simple enough! I figured there had to be a way. I'll have to leave that "More Options" section toggled open to remind me of that until I "absorb" it. Thanks.
