Book images

Is there an option somewhere to cause images in books to display at 100 percent without opening each one in a different window? Or is large size the closest you can get?

Large is currently the maximum size you can display an image within the text itself. If we displayed it at the full size it would be kind of overwhelming except in the case of smaller images.

Since the Picture window is recyclable, you could detach that tab and tile the windows so that it appears beside the tool window. Then as you click each picture, you'll see it at full size without having to go back and forth between tabs.

Hope this helps.

David,

Is there a way to cut and paste the pictures from Accordance to Word?

Yes, but you must open the image in its own menu. Then you can copy all or a selection of the image using the Edit menu. You can also save images in different formats in the File menu.

Helen's right that if you want to COPY a picture you have to open it in its own window, but you can also DRAG a picture thumbnail from a Tool window directly into Word. That should copy the full-size picture. This also works for Pages and Keynote drop zones, in which case the image will automatically be resized to fit. I don't have Word to verify that this works with Word, but it should.
