Sean R.
Accordance provides several options for how text is copied. To copy without superscripts, select the passage you wish to copy, control-click to bring up the contextual menu. Under the Copy As menu, choose the first option: No Superscript. You can also use the keyboard shortcut option-command (apple)-c.
David Lang
The reason checking Hide Superscripts in the Citation preferences didn't work is because those settings only come into effect when you choose Copy As Citation from the Edit menu. If you just choose Copy, you get the text as it appears no matter what the Citation format. Hope that helps.
