Rod Decker
I upgraded both Accordance (8.2 > 8.3) and Mac OS X (10.5 > 10.6, leopard to Snow Leopard) at about the same time this week. I was just startled when I used a familiar option click in Accordance and all the other open windows on my two monitor spread disappeared. (I was increasing the font display size in all panes, but it's the same for marking verses within a pane.) I've tried it several times and it's repeatable. What seems to be happening is that Snow Leopard is now treating an option click in a window as a shortcut for "Hide Others" (i.e. = Cmd-Opt-H). This doesn't "hurt" anything, but I then have to manually restore the apps I was working in, which is a royal pain. Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, is there any way to change that setting in the Snowy Beast? I know how to change keyboard shortcuts, but haven't found any place to control mouse clicks like this. Rod Decker
Hmm. I was gone most of today, but now that I'm back, I've tried the option click again and now it works correctly! I was running Crossover at the time (a Windows "emulater") with one Windows program open, but quit both the app and Crossover. I'm wondering if it's an interaction thing? I'll have to test that further.
