http://www.mobipocket.com sells the it in an electronic format. So it shouldn't be hard to convert it into accordance format and rights should be easier to get since it is out in electonic format.

Good News! The New Oxford Annotated Bible, 5th edition (mentioned in this discussion), is now available for Accordance!
