For example, if you search for all the uses of תחת in the BHS, you get 517 hits. But some of these are not true instances but rather note another spelling (like 2 sam 2.23; and 3.12). With More Options disclosed, choose Ignore Words Inside Brackets from the dropdown to the right of the scope designator Search within every. You should see the visual indicator ][ appear next to More Options to indicate that this option is enabled (useful when the disclosure triangle is closed).
