jrhoulton
Acc 8.4.6; MacBook Pro; OS X 10.6.4 I just got a new MacBook Pro and have completed the transfer from my old MacBook. In the transition, however, I've lost most of my user notes. It seems that I've somehow only retained a version of my (quite sparse) notes from 2006. Even when I try to use a flash drive to move the file, the file opens as the 2006 version of my notes. Strange. Can someone help me out? Thanks! Helen Brown
The actual copies that you open and edit of user notes and tools can be found in Documents/Accordance files. Copy these from the previous Mac to the same location on the new Mac. Here are our standard instructions for migrating Accordance: Copy the entire Accordance folder to the new Mac. Also if you are on OS X copy: user/Library/Preferences/Accordance Preferences folder user/Documents/Accordance Files to the same locations on the new Mac (it is good to backup these two folders from time to time) Then download and run the latest installer for Accordance.
