Helen Brown
Welcome to Accordance! Since your disk has not arrived yet you can only download the free Starter package and your chosen Bible unlock. When these are properly installed you will have a choice of KJV, WEB, and ESV in the top left pop-up menu of the Seacrh window, and in the brown scroll button with the A, both on the resource palette and to add panes on the Search window. Have you watched at least the English demo on the website? I also recommend following Dr. J's recommended sequence of podcasts.

Cheryl Stutz
I downloaded the ESV and it still is not showing up. I watched the English demo, but I guess I need to watch it again. I am also using Logos and I seem to get along better in it than here, but like you said I have not received the DVD yet and I am sure that will make a difference. I am also new to using a Mac and that is confusing also. I appreciate your help and will watch the videos and the movies. Thank you so much for your help and God bless us all Cheryl
Helen Brown
Yes, it can take a while to adjust to the different system and software. It sounds as if you would benefit from a brief screenshare session. Our tech support are happy to do that for you, and will contact you directly.
