Adding notes to Tools

Besides highlighting, Is there a way to add notes or comments to Tools (like commentaries)?

You can create a user tool with your comments. While this will not synch with your other tools, you can add links to the sections of the tool on which you are commenting. Please see the recent podcasts on user tools.

Thanks Helen, that's what I'm doing now. Just wondering if it was possible to annotate directly to the tool itself, like adding comments to a pdf file.
