Tom Castle Posted September 18, 2010 Share Posted September 18, 2010 On another thread, a user indicated that he was missing some of the new works that come with 9. Moody, Tozer, etc. I double checked my Library (I have the Library Premier level and purchased and thought I installed the Library Premier 9 upgrade) and am missing those resources as well. So I thought I'd try the Easy Install option again. However, when I click it, I get the pop up in the screenshot below. The progress bar goes to about half way and A9 crashes.
