D.S.Moses Nickerson
So I installed Accordance 9.04 and my Greek font tanked. I tried running the Old Font fixer app to no avail. Helena seems to be completely missing from my computer. Any idea what happened or how I can remedy this?
Joel Brown
Open up /Applications/Font Book and remove Helena from there. Then try running Font Fixer.

Shawn
The problem showed up for me after installing 9.0.4 and installing the add-on Biblical World in Pictures. The directions above fixed the problem. I've been using Accordance for a year now (after being a Logos/Windows user since '92), and am amazed at the power, UI, and efficiency of the program, as well as, how helpful this user forum has been. Thank You!!
Thank You!! I thought the problem was solved by the font fixer utility above. It fixed the Helena Greek font in the Greek New Testament and my notes. I noticed that when I do a Greek Lemma search in my lexicons, the Greek font in the lexicon is messed up (ie. NIDNTT, TDNT, Spicq, and Louw & Nida). BDAG's Greek font is OK. I downloaded and used fontfix8.dmg I was wondering if anyone would have suggestions at what I could to fix the Greek font in the lexicons? Thank you for your help! Helen Brown
Open FontBook and remove helena completely, then run FontFixer again, and restart the mac. That should do it.
Shawn
Helen, Thank you for the suggestion. I'll try it out on the MBP on Tuesday when I can get the needed authorization to run the program. After installing Biblical World in Pictures in Accordance on my iMac at home, the same problem occurred. Your suggestion worked and the Helena font was fine for all resources. I'm sure it will work for the MBP as well. Blessings, Shawn
