Please understand that we are very busy supporting users with the new upgrade, and may not be able to call exactly at the hour you request. If I understand what you're saying, I need to call the tech support number during the week. Is that correct? They aren't normally available on Saturday? I downloaded the Version 9 installer and ran it. It seems to have installed Accordance 9 without any errors; but when I try to use Accordance it crashes. I'll try to reinstall it. Helen Brown Posted October 2, 2010 Share Posted October 2, 2010 Don't reinstall. Please try removing the Startup session from user/Library/Preferences/Accordance Preferences.
