delano
Hello, I am in a monastery and am unable to connect to the internet via my Macbook. We have a computer lab here, with all three windows computers connected (for research, email, etc.). (How)Would I be able to download updates or upgrades to the windows computer and transfer via flash drive to my laptop? Any help would be most welcome. Helen Brown
No, Accordance has to run on Mac and access the internet directly. We will have a new Primary DVD available by December so you can order that for module upgrades, and you can download the program installers and transfer them from a PC. R. Mansfield
Or could you create an adhoc network between the PC & your Mac?
delano
Thanks for the replies. Connecting via ethernet would not be an option, unfortunately. I don't know about the adhoc network -- that's too technical for me, unfortunately. I will ask how to go about trying it.
