Workspace links

I have two workspaces, the first has my text, a couple of zones, the second has my main text and a greek text and another zone.

All are tied to the main text in my primary workspace and all texts scroll together just fine, that is until I close Accordance.

When I re-open Accordance, my secondary workspace usually opens in the book of Revelation.

Usually, there is no text to be seen, just the reference, if I use the "slider" for how much content, just move it back and forth, the text pops in, but again, not to the book/position of my primary workspace.

At times, I have the same situation, but book is Romans instead of Revelation.

In all cases, it should have remained in Luke, which is where my Primary has been returned to before shutting down.

All texts were tied and scrolling properly before shutting down.

The issue seems to be pretty random.

Just thought you should know.

Thanks,

I had a similar problem. I would close a text on John 5:1 and when I reopened it in Accordance it would be on another verse in John. The problem was that one of the commentaries that I had tied to my text was the IVP Hard Sayings. This does not have a reference to John 5:1 and therefore it was overiding the text reference with its own reference prior to John 5:1. When I unlinked that particular book it solved the problem.

Maybe you are facing the same issue, that one or more of your commentaries do not have the reference that corresponds to the text.

Not sure if this is a bug or a 'feature' but I personally would expect the main text verse to be the one that overides all else in this instance.

Good point.

Thank you, I will check for that issue, it makes sense.
