My Search All ask for modules then shuts down accordance if you click cancel

If any one can Help I would certainly appreciate it. My Search All feature will not let me search all my modules at one time. When I first click on it, It ask for modules. If I press cancel which is the only options it gives it shuts down the whole accordance program. Any help is appreciated thanks. ,
