strange construct search result

As the screenshot will show, I did a construct search for all uses of men that were not within 1-15 words of de. Ii've gone through most of the results and they are fine except for the one shown, Luke 23.56-24.1. Here men is used only 7 words away from de (reading rtl and including the search words in the count.) As you can see, the range is set to 'book', so I don't think the chapter division should have been an issue. Is this a bug or did i somehow formulate the search incorrectly?

The construct search is sequence-specific by default, which is why there is a checkbox for "search both directions" if that's what you really want.

Thanks for the reply. Actually, I don't want to search both ways; I'm looking for men followed by de farther than 15 words away. Either way, though, in the passage in question, there is a de within 15 words on both sides of men. That's what I don't understand. Does this make sense?

Try eliminating the "exact" requirement ("="). The accent is different in this verse (δὲ instead of δέ).

Good catch! I forget about those stinkin' enclitics! Alas, the changed search still returns Lk 23.53 with a de within 15 words on both sides!
