Module Updates are posted: Warning

I believe that all the recent module updates are now posted in Check for Updates. They go back 2 years, but if your last disk is older than that you may not have every update available, still working on that.

Please note that Check for Updates cannot add modules which have been added to the package. Recent examples include LXXS-T (Swete), and the T-BAV-EF addition to Talmud-N. Installers on disk will add the new modules, but to get them via Easy Install you should delete the main module from your Library, and Accordance will reinstall the entire set. Check for Updates will give you a warning for those modules to which this may apply, such as the tannaitic modules, Targums, Apocryphal Gospels, benSira, and tagged Vulgate.

You all have been busy. The "update modules" has never brought us so many modules at once! It took me a few minutes to figure out what to do with the warning message, but then all went well.

Thanks Helen.

The thing that still confuses me is how do I know whether my Talmud modules are up to date? As far as I remember, "Check for update" has never told me that they need to be updated.

This is perhaps not the place for this particular question, but is there any work on a way to make the update process more streamlined, i.e. downloading all updates at the same time like Apple does with updates. Downloading, installing, searching for updates again, repeat 20 times to update everything - is not a smooth process. Why not download all at once?

Not a major complaint, just a question.

Thanks.

Actually, if you shift+select the top most module then shift+select the bottom most module you want to download from the update window, you can, in fact do, exactly what you are suggesting. Control+select also works.
