Scrap Routine Error

I can no longer start Accordance. I get an error that says "this operation cannot be performed of error # 21533 in scrap routines" When I click OK the program shuts down. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Correction: a reboot of my MacBook corrected it! Sorry for the hasty post!

This occurs when something in the clipboard is not recognized by Accordance. All you need to do is copy some text into the clipboard to clear what is there now. After that you can use Accordance normally.

 

Many users have reported this problem, but we have been unable to track it down. Any reports as to what is actually in the clipboard at that time might be helpful to us.

Thank you for this information. This is the first time this has happened to me and I will be alert to the clipboard contents. The last thing remember working with in the clipboard was some copying and pasting from a pdf document. I was using Adobe reader and was copying and pasting into a Word 2011 document.
