Joe Weaks
The button to "Edit" one's own post seems to be gone? This is an important feature; it is essential to know that you can edit what you've placed on a board that is up for any and all to see. Corrections are quite necessary from time to time. Ruben Gomez
I'm now browsing with Firefox, and the Edit button is right there for me to use... And just to prove it, I have edited this post
Joe Weaks
No, the problem has to do with it being an older post. I found this in the Forum Help files: If you are unable to see the edit button displayed on each post that you have made, then the administrator may have prevented you from editing posts, or the time limit for editing may have expired. Could we consider extending the time limit for editing posts? What's it set to as of now?
Ruben Gomez
No, the problem has to do with it being an older post. Not sure yet. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I don't know about that, but... ehem, ehem... IE also seems to work fine. At any rate, I agree that editing is a vital part of participating in a message board such as this one.
Helen Brown
OK, I have increased the time limit to 2 hours. After that, sorry, you can ask a moderator to edit it if necessary.
