RANorem
When I open my hard drive with Finder, the "Applications" list shows Accordance logo, then immediately below that is a copy of Accordance Files. When I move down to "Users/Documents" there is another Accordance Files folder and the contents of that folder differs from the folder under Applications. Some items within the folder under Applications are more current than the one under the User/Documents while there are others in the latter that are more current than the folder under Applications. When I add information to my User Study or add major highlighting changes, I like to make a back-up copy on my secondary hard drive, but I don't understand why the Accordance Files folders differ and I don't know how to sync the two. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Helen Brown
I cannot tell how the "Accordance Files" folder got into Applications. Accordance creates and uses the folder in Documents. It is the default location for saving and opening sessions and windows, and the location in which active Highlights files, User Notes and User Tools are saved and used. If you open User Notes or Tools from another location, the active copy is still saved in Documents. So you should make sure that the Documents location has your current files. Everyone should back up that "Accordance Files" folder from time to time, if they save any work in Accordance.

I have encountered this problem before and worked with one of your staff. The fact that some of the current or recent changes in User Study and Highlighting are in both, but they are different is my concern.
