I noticed a few entries with the word (variant) after the key number. How would I follow up on these specific items to identify their source? You've anticipated the next podcast topic! Since you're probably not willing to wait a couple of weeks for the answer, here's the short version. Select the word in the analysis pane, then click the "Search" icon on the Resource Palette. Accordance will show you the hits in the current text. You may also search any other text or tool by selecting the word and clicking on the appropriate module in the Resource palette. I was confused by the fact that the G2532 and G1519 are one variant where kai and eis are in combination translated and at Luke 9.4. It looked from the analysis that they were two variants since they are listed separately. However, I now see that the first item does not show any number after it, so it is linked to the item below it. I look forward to you podcast. On a somewhat related note, in the ESVS if I select the interlinear eis does not show up, screenshot 2. I have to put the GNT on top and the ESV included, screenshot 1 to show the two greek words. Would it not be better to show eis with no translation in the ESVS reverse interlinear? I think this is more common in the reverse interlinears I have seen. Perhaps there is something I am missing. Anyway, I would be interested, especially with conjunctions, to be able to see where a particular version does not translate the Greek using the reverse interlinear. If you have the time I would enjoy an example of how to do this. For example int Lk 9.4 the NIV does not translate kai or eis, but I am unable to get the interlinear to show this easily.
