Greg Terry
I am creating notes from a print commentary. I have not gotten very far and am having some issues with links in my user note. I created an outline with scripture links in each section. The links appear to create OK. However, when I click on one of the links in the user tool to open that text, the window that opens insists on using John or Psalms when the links I have created are in Romans. Once I have displayed the faulty text and try to click another link in the user note, I get a spinning beach ball and Accordance hangs. Curiously, the links display the correct scripture in the Instant Details window until about half way through the outline where they seem to be stuck. The first two links in the outline appear to work as expected after that the links always seem to prepend spurious scripture. I should say I have the NRSVS as my default text and am using 9.5.2 Any ideas?
Steve King
Is it a user note or a user tool you are creating? Is it possible to provide an image of the links that are causing the problem?
Greg Terry
It was actually a User Note. I am not in a position whereby I can provide an image until later this evening. Many of the links prepend John 9.8 when there is no John anywhere in the note.
Helen Brown
It's probably best to email me the entire User Notes file, and we can take a look at it. There is no crash log appended, and they are not usually helpful in any case.
