So it seems like there ought to be some kind of mode within Accordance that would allow you to either draw lines or re-arrange texts to illustrate structures such as chiastic or parallel. I'm not seeming to find any documentation for that though. Does anybody here know if there is a way to do that?

Thanks so much!

To create the sort of diagram of which you speak, you could use the diagram option in Accordance. The diagram option is suited for Reed & Kellogg Diagram sticks, but it can serve for other purposes. To import a passage into the diagram module, simply highlight the portion of text you with which you would like to work. With the portion of text highlighted, click on the diagram icon on the Resource Palette (pictured below). Accordance will import the text, thereby allowing you to manipulate the text for Reed & Kellogg diagramming, Discourse Analysis, or Syntax Trees.

To read more about the Diagramming in Accordance, please resource the help files (file:///Applications/Accordance.app/Contents/Resources/Accordance%20Help/Default.htm). Copy the previous url into your safari browser.
