The Theological Dictionary of the Old Testament Series hasn't been requested nearly as much as Kittel, and we don't have immediate plans for it.

I too would like to see this gigantic work available. But how about the 1-volume Blass-Debrunner-Funk grammar first?

I'd definitely be interested in it as well; it's hard to believe that there's not much interest in this one!

Thanks for the Clines dictionary, but still hope the TDOT is being considered

I would love the TDOT on Accordance. It's THE resource I most frequently wish I had available. Since its not does anybody know if the roots of the names Ephraim and Manasseh are considered Egyptian? And if so are they from a language family different from Pithom and Rameses? I'd look it up but don't have it!
