I opened Anchor, and searched for Rabbah. I then double clicked the word Rabbah (in the title), and selected amplify (from the toolbar) and then NIV place names, and got the error that "The language of the selected text is not used in NIV Placenames".

But I chose a place name, and not in Hebrew text... (see screenshot)

Anchor entries are in Rosetta font, in order to accommodate the special diacritical characters they used in many names. Sorry, but I think that is causing the problem.
