The first step is to check to see if it is on your computer, but not in your Library. Open your Library as a zone (not a popover) and click the "+" in the bottom left corner of the zone. Select "Add a Module," then navigate to the "Tools" folder. they will be listed alphabetically, so scroll down and see if this module is there, but not installed. If it is, its title will be black, instead of grey. Click on it to install it. Problem solved.
If it is not on your computer, reinstall it using the Accordance menu>Easy Install. If you don't find your module listed there, call our sales staff and make sure your online account has been activated. and merged with your old account. If it hasn't, they can help you do so.
