Mellel Word Processor
We are often asked to recommend a word processor that can properly handle Unicode with Hebrew and many other languages in Mac OS X. We are happy to recommend Mellel from RedleX, with whom we have a good working relationship. Mellel can easily be downloaded, it very reasonably priced, and is constantly being improved.
It handles Hebrew right-to-left correctly, and is the only word processor to display the cantillation marks (te'amim) correctly.
