I think the Accordance version of NA 28 is amazing as a handy tool for research. Firstly it is of course necessary to be able to work with the latest scholarly edition of the New Testament, and for me as specialized in the Catholic letters it is of course extra welcome that the text in NA 28 is thoroughly revised.
However, the most important is the day-to-day way of working with any New Testament text. To my mind, this digital version is very handy.

The apparatus is included in the purchase and the normal Accordance tools with hyperlinks are readily used to e.g., instantly access the information (work, dating) for each witness in Instant Details, just by hovering over the sigla. This saves a lot of time, especially when dealing with less known texts. It is also practical that explanations to the critical signs are available in Instant Details.
The NA 28 crossrefs can, for example, be displayed parallel to the apparatus and of course, the texts are displayed when hovering over the reference. Utilising the powerful search tools of Accordance either searching text or apparatus only or combining searches open new avenues for research.
In sum, to my knowledge there up till now is nothing comparable to the Accordance NA 28. For a new beginner, who easily get lost in looking back and forth in Nestle-Aland for what the little dots mean, it is a big step forward, as well as for the teachers of exegesis when opening the world of textual research to students. For scholars as well, NA28 in Accordance will mean that you save time, for example when copying from the apparatus, but will also make greater accuracy possible, since the information is at hand all the time. It will also invite to take an extra look at the apparatus.
