 Not only were my special instructions ignored (i.e. one of them was supposed to be for a different value, but it was still only $50), but the process involved a series of emails to even get an "official certificate" generated. And then to use them, he's going to have to use the Special Instructions again even to use the certificate. I found this a frustrating and unreliable process. Will not be ordering again.
