Accordance Bible Software: about : purchase

Site Licenses are offered to institutions such as schools, churches, or families to allow them to put copies of Accordance on multiple computers which belong to the institution.

Site Licenses apply to computers owned by an institution or provided to its staff. They do not cover privately owned Macs belonging to staff or faculty members. The software cannot be retained by a member who leaves the institution.

Site licensing has been greatly simplified since January 2004. Except for the special CD-ROMs listed below, all other Site Licenses are calculated based on the number of Macs (computers) and the list prices on a sliding scale as shown below:

The above prices apply to the entire site license when ordered, i.e. an order of software worth $100 for a site of 20 users is $600 which is an overall discount of 70%.

For sites with more than 20 users, each additional user from 21 to 50 is discounted by 80% (pays 20% of a single license), and from 51 and up the discount is 90%.

Notes:

This pricing applies to CD-ROMs, unlocks, and upgrades. It includes only one CD-ROM of each kind ordered, and one copy of the printed documentation as needed.
Additional users and items added to a site are calculated at the new discount rate, but this rate is not applied to the previous purchases (unless the upgrade is within 3 months).
Unlock All packages and add-on bundles of modules cannot be site-licensed. The modules must be licensed individually.
The Library 7 levels and the Scholar's Core Bundle can be site-licensed but do not include the additional Bible unlocks that come with these packages, the Bibles must be purchased at the above discounted rates.
Sale prices and other special offers do not usually apply to site licenses.
The number of computers refers to non-networked Macintosh computers upon which Accordance will be installed, or to a limited number of networked computers. If the server cannot limit the number of simultaneous users, contact OakTree Software to arrange the details.

Site Licenses are available from Zondervan for: Essential, Personal Growth, and Scholarly Bible Study Suites, Expositor's Bible Commentary, and New International Dictionaries of NT Theology and OT Theology and Exegesis
Word Biblical Commentary can be site licensed from Thomas Nelson.
