Accordance updates keep on coming! Yesterday, we released Accordance 12.2 for Windows & Mac; and today, we’re excited to announce the release of Accordance Mobile for iOS v. 2.6. Version numbers by themselves don’t mean much, but let me say up front that this is one of our biggest updates ever for Accordance Mobile!
Just in time for the holiday season, Accordance Mobile 2.6 is here with an incredible number of user-requested features and updates!
Page Turning
You asked for it, and here it is! If you prefer to turn pages instead of scrolling, now you can! In any title, click on the Quick Settings icon and flip the switch on Page Turning. Or if you know Page Turning is for you, go into the universal settings for Texts and Tools and turn it on for everything.
Handoff Support
Have you ever been working on one device and wish you were on a different one? Now you can start on your iPhone and finish on your iPad or the other way around. Initial support for Handoff between Macs and iOS devices has been implemented with continued improvements on the way.

iPhone X Support
You may have already noticed that most of the images on this page are iPhone X screenshots. Accordance for iOS 2.6 takes advantage of the iPhone X’s full screen size, including adjusting for the iPhone X’s camera array.
User Note Updates
For the past few releases, we’ve had to issue warnings about editing Notes files in Accordance Mobile for iOS that were originally created on Windows or Macintosh computers if the notes contained images. Fortunately, with the release of Accordance Mobile for iOS v. 2.6, you can edit Notes files that contain images without worry. Also, URLs are now supported in User Notes, too.
Report a Correction
Find a mistake? Sending in corrections has been easy if you were running the Mac or Windows versions of Accordance, but not so simple in Accordance Mobile. Now, if you find a mistake, simply select the content in question and report it from the Action Bar within the app.
Improved sharing
Version 2.6 delivers massive sharing improvements via the iOS share sheet, including support for new accordance.bible universal links. Share a verse, quotation or profound thought in social media or separate notetaking software with an accompanying link to the source in Accordance.

Accordance for iOS 2.6 includes many other improvements including Startup Session crash check, better syncing, updated support for accord:// links–including support for missing linked modules—and much more!
