Why do I get messages such as "There was an error attempting to download the file via FTP. Please contact technical support," or "Active internet connection not found?"
The most common reason for these errors is that your version of Accordance is not the latest version 11 or version 10. If you are up to date, please contact tech support for suggested changes to your computer settings to get around these messages. They will need to know your computer system version as well as Accordance version.
