The Expositor's Bible & Expositor's Greek Testament

Correct me if I be wrong, but it looks like only Mark (by Chadwick) from the The Expositor's Bible is available. Why not the whole thing? Of course I would prefer the Expositor's Greek Testament to that (EGT was supposed to be an improvement on

What's It All About, Alfy = Alford's Greek Testament, though IMHO, Alf is superior to EGT -- even if the EGT on Romans (by James Denney) is great and one instance of superiority.
