Menus are miscalculated when Start Bar is on top

This one has been around since the early betas. If you dock the Windows Start Bar to the top edge, the combo menus are not calculated correctly to display the scroll down arrow at the bottom of the menu.


The Add Parallel -> Reference Tools menu seems to work correctly, but the Select a Book at the bottom right, and the Search Text to the right of the search bar does not. There may be others that do not.
