corzine
I'm still using 6.9.2. How do I switch which notes file I'm editing at the moment? Sometimes I have to open, and want to be able to edit them both! Thanks, Jacob
Helen Brown
There are many ways to do this. You can open another Notes file in a separate tab or window, and click in the note you want to edit. You can change the Note file you are currently viewing using the top left pop-up menu. You can also select the verse in the Bible and click command-u. However, since version 6.9 this now goes automatically to the first Notes file you chose in the dialog during this session. This feature was added to streamline the editing of one Notes file, but not everyone was happy with it. Therefore in version 6.9.2 we added an option to the Preferences to Reopen last Notes file, which you can turn off if you prefer to always select a file in the dialog box. Version 7 made editing of User Notes even easier, so I do recommend the upgrade.
