rpavich
Not sure why but when importing HTML into the user tool via "import into a user tool" I get crashing at least 50% of the time. Accordance offers to restart and then it will work the second time. I don't believe that I've crashed by importing HTML into a new user tool. Joel Brown
Could you post the html file that has been crashing? You may need to compress it as a .zip file prior to attaching to your post.

I don't think I have them; when they didn't work I just dumped them. Here are two that MAY be crashed me but I can't guarantee it. Joel Brown
Unfortunately, these files aren't crashing for me. If you are able to reproducibly get them to crash, please let me know!

Here is one that just happened this morning; but the second time I tried; it worked. Here is what I was doing when it crashed. USER TOOLS>New User tool>type name of tool. Tool opens but there is no content. USER TOOLS>import>into existing user tool (choose the one to use and click ok) Crash. Here is the file. 1202.html.zip
