ryangeer
I'm having the same problem with the same error messages. This happened before and then just went away. It seems to happen when I don't use Accordance on this computer for several days--and it's just a little frustrating.

ryangeer
After the 6th or 7th time attempting to open the app, I got the message "unable to load last session, starting a new one" and then the app started.
peguard
Hi, I am having a similar problem. Starting the program, appears the message "Accordance crashed or was not quit properly...", and recovering the last saved session it gets stuck. I have tried several times cancelling the recovering, or to close all windows; I have reinstalled with the Accordance 11.0.4 installer, but the problem still persists. Last time it crashed and, following, is the information: Accordance Crash Log Program Version: 11.0.4 OS Version: 10.10.2 Message: Access violation Call trace: $936A5148 $9368D3F5 $96A5FECE $96A5F9F1 $969970D3 $96B44624 $9698E651 $9698D62C $9698D493 $96A69609 $96A5F578 $96A5F7FF $96AB223F $96997CB0 $96B44624 $9698E651 $9698D62C How can I start a completely new session? or what else can i do? Right now I cannot use the program at all. Thanks for your assistance and I look forward to solve this problem. Joel Brown
Pedro, I apologize for the delayed response. Have you tried starting up in Safe mode by holding down the Option key? From that dialog, you can select to remove the Startup Session. See if this helps!
mevans01
I just started having this problem also. It also crashed on safe mode. I re-installed the software, and no luck. Still crashing on regular start up and safe mode. I was going to upload a crash report as an .rtf file but it said "you aren't permitted to upload this kind of file." So I sent the crash data in an email to your support@ address.
Ken Simpson
Hi mevans01, you can upload almost anything if you zip it first. (P.S. it helps us be more friendly if you pop your name at the bottom in your sig sometime - )
