cliff Posted February 21, 2015 Share Posted February 21, 2015 I'm not able to sync my content from my computer to my iPad. The content would stall out in every case, so I reset my iPad and eventually reinstalled Accordance on my iPad in attempt to trouble shoot the matter. Well, now I'm getting the following error message. "There was an error while Accordance tried to use a user content file from the device." "Please contact technical support to help you resolve this issue." Any thoughts as to what is going on here? I've never had this error message before. Blessings and thank you.
