Dr. Nathan Parker
Recently, every time I quit Accordance on either of my two Mac, my entire Dropbox folder is seeming to re-sync, keeping the "Dropbox Sync Before Quitting Accordance" dialog open for a long time before Accordance will finally quit. I'm running Accordance 11.0.4 on both Macs, and OS X 10.10.3 (beta) on both Macs, although this was happening on the stable build of 10.10.2 as well. At one time, I had temporarily re-located my Dropbox folder and recently re-located back to its default position. Around that time is when the issue started. What do I need to do in order to resolve this issue? Is there a way I can refresh my Dropbox connections to Accordance? Thanks!
Mike Garrity
Nathan, I am investigating a bug with the "Dropbox Sync Before Quitting Accordance” action that might be related to what you are seeing. For now, I would change to Manual Syncing and do a manual sync before quitting Accordance to keep your synced session up to date. I will let you know if we are able to address this issue in an upcoming release of Accordance. Thanks for the feedback, Mike

Mike Garrity
After going back and reading your post again, I wonder if you could “rule out” the temporary change in the Dropbox folder location? The Finder and Accordance should be independent clients of Dropbox, but you can easily “refresh the connection” with Accordance by (in Accordance > Preferences > Syncing) Unlinking and Linking to Dropbox. If you then switch back to Automatic syncing does the "Dropbox Sync Before Quitting Accordance” dialog still stay open for a long time?
