cgrozar
Recently I've been thinking about trying to learn Greek and, since I don't have the opportunity to learn it in a classroom setting, I was trying to find a way to teach it to myself. I was wondering if there were any great resources in Accordance for this. I found this http://www.accordancebible.com/Learning-Biblical-Greekbut it doesn't seem to exist anymore. Tony Lawrence
I'm sorry this isn't available in Accordance any longer. http://www.accordancebible.com/Learn-Biblical-Greek-With-Accordance-And-Dr-William-Mounce However, you can go to https://www.teknia.comand Dr. Mounce's video series is available there on DVD and online. Quite a bit of the stuff is free.
Ιακοβ
For full self learning, I strongly recommend this book: http://www.alibris.com/search/books/isbn/9780564082254?qwork=3819754 It contains 50 short lessons, each of which can be done in15 minutes or so. If you do one lesson per day, for two months, you will end up knowing a large amount of vocabulary and find the bible largely accessable. After this, you will then (if you wish to) be able to pick up bible college greek textbooks and get into learning greek grammar, which you will need to do eventually if you want to fully read the new testament.
