R Gustason Posted April 27, 2015 Share Posted April 27, 2015 I've noticed this on both the iPad and iPhone, both after upgrading to iOS 8.3. I try to open the app and it immediately shuts down during the splash screen. The fix I found was uninstalling the app and reinstalling from the app store. Unfortunately it also required re-downloading all my texts which takes some time. Let me know if there are logs I can forward to help the development team out. R Gustason Posted April 27, 2015 Author Share Posted April 27, 2015 Yes, tried the reset first to no avail. I have only updated the iPad as of yet. The iPhone is still crashing. Funny thing is I see the preview in my running tasks (when you double click the home button), but when I click the preview to open it it almost immediately crashes.
