Enoch Posted May 16, 2015 Share Posted May 16, 2015 (edited) I upgraded to 11.0.6 on my Mac. Then I had 7 items that came up for Content Upgrade. After going through the process, I got the error message that I should contact technical support. I gave it a 2nd try & this time it worked. Perhaps the problem arose because I left the computer for a few hours before I clicked the install after the download.
