Julia Falling
Hey – In the past we were warned that if we edit a User Note (not Mobile Notes) on an iOS device it would mess up all our formatting in the Notes file on our Macs when syncing. Is this still true? What are y'all doing? Are any of you adding highlights on an iOS device and syncing successfully (not Mobile highlights, but your Mac/PC highlights file)? Do I just need to stick with adding Notes and Highlights on an iOS device to the Mobile versions, then adding it to my Mac Notes/Highlights after syncing? Thanks. Mike Garrity
Julie, Accordance Mobile v2.1 allows you to edit new unicode User Notes (*.amynotes) without losing style information (from the desktop app) and allows you to add new style information. You should be able to edit your new User Notes on Accordance Mobile and successfully sync those edits back to your desktop installation. Highlights should work the same way. Julia Falling
Thanks, Mike. There are fonts available to us on our Macs that are not available on iOS. I assume this is a non-issue?
