Abram K-J
This would be a great feature to add: with a delimited amount of text (i.e., search results from something like John 3:1-16), the user can tap the top of the screen to automatically jump up to the top of the searched-for text--as you can do in a lot of other apps (e.g., a Safari Web article) that are displaying a finite amount of text.
Woody
Great call! This is something I think of every time I have to scroll back up. Let me add a hearty +
Anthony Pyles
I've wondered about this off and on, but how would it be implemented? I.e., it would be great to go to the top of a hits list, as you mention, but it could be a disaster to accidentally go from somewhere in Job to Gen 1:1 (in the middle of a sermon or lecture, in all likelihood!) by accidentally brushing the top of the screen! Abram K-J
I've found that in Safari, for example, I really have to make an exact tap at the top to jump up, so it's hard to imagine this accidentally happen, though your point is taken. Either way, it seems like native behavior to iOS, so I keep trying to do it intuitively, but can't. Maybe it's a deliberate feature omission?
