Unable to Install, Login

Hi,

 

I just purchased and downloaded Accordance 11 a few minutes ago, and am trying to install it. Unfortunately, I am getting two problems. One, I periodically receive a dialog with the following message (see also attached):

 

"This edit operation cannot be performed because of error #-4960 in scrap routines."

 

Second, I am unable to log into my Setup Assistant. I am able to log into the website with my account, but when I try in the Setup Assistant, it says:

 

"Accordance 11 not found in account." (see attached).

 

For this second problem, do I need to wait for my account to be processed or should I be able to use the software now? In my Order History on the website, it says that my Order Status is Pending (see attached).

 

Any help would be appreciated as I was hoping to use Accordance tonight in order to work on an assignment that is due on Monday for one of my PhD courses...!

As I replied to your email this morning:

 

That error message pertains to your operating system's clipboard.

Copy something to your clipboard and paste it into Text Edit or some other word processor. This should clear it. If it does not, restart your computer.
 

Your order is now processed so you will find Accordance 11 in your account.

Wow, thank you for this amazing customer support. I was afraid that I wouldn't even get a response given that it's the weekend. Thank you again, and everything is working wonderfully.

Then you have change your status from a Non-user to a Accordance 11 User ;)
