XHTML support

Hello 

 

It would be nice if Accordance support also XHTML now I have to change all file extensions to HTML

 

Accordance works also fine with this header.

Second this! Converting them to html seems to mess them up a bit on import. Lots of funny symbols in place of apostrophes and dashes. Would love xhtml support.
