Oddity after Content or App Updates Acc 11.1

Here's a screenshot of my workspaces, expanded using App Expose, after a content update in Acc 11.1.  (Saw the same phenomenon after the app update.)  Note the blank workspaces.  They can be closed by guessing the position of the red radio button and then reopened from the File menu.  Not debilitating, just annoying.  I saw this a couple of times with the beta.  And yes, I usually have this much stuff open at once.
